We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

Downtime, maintenance windows, and third-party provider outages may affect performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopdash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the service.

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for misuse, abuse, security concerns, or nonpayment.
