Cleveland
The home office, serving families since 1953.
A national independent, with a private-client practice inside it.
After Novak Insurance acquired Platinum 1, they needed one website that presented the two firms as one. The old Novak site read local. They wanted it to look like the firm they actually are; a privately owned, coast to coast, and built for families, businesses, and high-net-worth clients. We redesigned the full site and built Novak Platinum 1 as a page inside it.
They were going to present themselves to the world as one. Two known names in their markets, one site. We combined the marks, unified the carrier list, and put Novak Platinum 1 on the same site as Novak Insurance. platinum1.net redirects into that page. Visitors who type either name land in the same place.
They weren't building this to rank for a Cleveland car policy. A commercial real-estate portfolio and a family office should see the same capacity. We wrote Coverage, Services, About, Team, and Carriers around real estate, commercial, entertainment, sports, hospitality, and private clients — and used their actual offices in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Naples, and Los Angeles, not a stock house on the homepage.
A private practice, not a call center. The Platinum 1 page is for homes, collections, watercraft, aviation, fine art, and excess liability — with a dedicated advisor and the Novak team behind it. It can be sent on its own. The Novak logo takes you home. Private-client inquiries go to that practice; everything else stays with Novak.
Home, Coverage, Team, Carriers, and Platinum 1 share the same type, the same navy, and the stacked Novak logo. A prospect can go from Coverage to Platinum 1 without feeling like they switched companies.
Navy and ivory do the work. Champagne is the accent — enough to signal Platinum 1 without looking like a credit card. The stacked Novak logo leads every page. On Platinum 1, the NP1 mark sits with it. They log into WordPress and add or remove team members themselves.
