About the role
We build sites, apps, and MVPs for nonprofits, campaigns, and mission-driven brands, and we keep running them after launch. Client work happens mostly in Slack or Zoom, and tasks live on our internal project board.
The primary goal of this role is to keep work moving. Everyone at Loopdash works with clients directly, and the ideal candidate is the one who knows what's open, who has it, what's stuck, and who needs a reply today. You'll work closely with the founder and the rest of the team.
You don't need to design or code to start. If you want to, there's room to take on design or development work as hours and workload allow.
Part-time to start, with a path to full-time
Cleveland area preferred, remote on Eastern Time works
About $50K full-time, prorated part-time

What you'll do
- •Read client Slack channels and email, and draft replies for review.
- •Speak up when a client has been waiting too long.
- •Keep the project board current: descriptions, owners, and due dates.
- •Hand work to the right person with what they need to know, and mark it done when it ships.
- •Track what's on staging, what's live, and what's waiting on approval.
- •Set up QA handoffs and know who each open item is waiting on.
- •Watch retainer clients for missed dates and work creeping past scope.
You're a fit if
- •You keep things organized. A full inbox and a busy board don't rattle you.
- •You write clearly. Polite without going corporate, and you can match how a client talks.
- •You ask when you're not sure.
- •You use AI tools every day. Claude, Cursor, or something like them.
- •You're curious how websites get made. Maybe you want to learn to design or build them yourself.
- •Agency or client-services experience helps, but it isn't required.
