About the Role
Loopdash is a small studio. We design and build websites, brands, and digital products for real clients, and we work fast. We're adding a contract developer to build and maintain client sites and apps and keep our pipelines in good shape.
You'll work with our team on live projects with real deadlines and clients who can't afford something breaking. This is hands-on build and maintenance work. You'll ship changes to production and be trusted not to break them.

About Loopdash
Loopdash is a small, independent studio that designs and builds websites, brands, and digital products for real clients — and we work fast. We're a tight team that cares about craft, clean execution, and doing good work without layers of process getting in the way.
You're a fit if
- •You're fluent in git. Branching, pull requests, and sorting out conflicts are second nature.
- •You've set up and fixed CI/CD pipelines, not just pushed code and hoped it deployed.
- •You know WordPress well: themes, plugins, and custom code. You write things the next person can maintain. Experience with WP Engine and a real staging-to-production process is a plus.
- •You're careful with live client sites. You back up before risky work and test on staging instead of experimenting in production.
- •It helps if you use AI while you work, like Claude Code or Cursor.
Not the right fit if
- •You run your own studio or agency. This is a job on our team, not a partnership between two shops.
- •Your first instinct is to push straight to production and see what breaks.
