We use Marker.io to collect website feedback. You mark the problem on the live page and it comes straight to us with the technical details attached.
How to submit feedback
- Open the page with the problem.
- Click the feedback button on the edge of the screen (usually bottom-right). If you don't see it, add
?feedbackto the end of the URL and reload. For example:yoursite.com/about?feedback. - Draw a box or arrow around the thing you're reporting.
- Type what's wrong.
- Hit send.
What makes good feedback
- One issue per report.
- Say what you expected and what you got: "This link should go to the donate page, but it goes to the homepage."
- Mark the exact spot with the box or arrow.
- Note anything specific: it only happens on your phone, after you log in, or when you click twice.
What to expect after you send
The report lands in our tracker with the screenshot, URL, and browser info attached. We triage it, prioritize by impact, and reply with a question or a note when it's fixed. Small issues often go out same-day. Larger ones get scheduled, and we'll tell you when.
